Real Incentive has been developed to enable companies to communicate, measure and reward the performance of their employees, channel partners and/ or dealers.

The web-based system makes it simple for participating users (and employers) to:

Unlike other systems that can be difficult and time consuming to maintain, Real Incentive has been developed with the administrator firmly in mind. Performance data is simple to upload which in turn automatically assigns the correct amount of points and updates the various league standings.

The campaign process is simple to manage and enables multiple campaigns to be run simultaneously and specific user groups associated (e.g. salespeople, managers etc). Content is user specific, controlled by individual login parameters making it easy to monitor performance and accurately track participation.

The system contains a comprehensive reporting suite as standard, enabling the accurate measurement of the programme success.

Finally, the reward selection is extensive and includes high street vouchers, merchandise, experiences and global travel.
